With my background in psychology, counselling and health coaching, I aim to empower women with knowledge, skills and motivation to be their best selves.
We are often reminded of the importance of physical and psychological health and wellbeing. However, too often, when women in midlife try to focus on their health, they are overlooked, dismissed, or feel overwhelmed with too much conflicting information.
In my work so far, I have helped many to feel stronger, calmer, and happier to navigate life’s inevitable challenges.
