Health Coaching

Health Coaching is a collaborative process, wherein we develop sustainable pathways to achieve enduring lifestyle changes. Often, we look at the present and the future desired state so we can map a pathway to our health and wellbeing goals.  

In a nutshell, counselling enhances self-understanding and personal growth, and coaching supports us to move toward our desired health and wellbeing goals. Together, they support our whole wellbeing journey.
